What we like and don’t like in culture, how much we are present, what are our cultural interests, habits and how much we are ready to spend on cultural content, you will find out in the second edition of the most relevant statistical study on the topic of attendance in culture – “Cultural participation of citizens of Serbia”, researchers Zaprokul Slobodan Mrđa and Marijana Milankov.
Did you know that the favorite cultural practices of our fellow citizens are going to the cinema, reading books, watching movies and going to the theater? Few of us enjoy jazz and classical music, e-books, and even doing some artistic activity. According to the research of Zaprokul, the only cultural institution that deals with the trends and needs of citizens in culture, the tendencies in the culture of Serbia still have a positive sign, although the real work is yet to come, especially in terms of digital culture, innovation and interactivity, as well as increasing the regular audience that follows cultural events, which according to the data amounts to slightly more than 5.6%.
