The March evening “Reading and Prose” was held in Zaprokul, and this time the public had the opportunity to get acquainted with the works of two young representatives of the contemporary Serbian prose scene.
Writers Vida Davidović and Filip Grujića introduced themselves, and Marko Avramović, literary critic, member of the jury of the Andrić Award, led us through another exciting journey.
Vida Davidović, a prose and drama writer and screenwriter, read parts of her latest novel Mučnin: about not growing up. This young author is a laureate of the Sterija Theater competition.
Filip Grujić, a prose writer and dramatist, received the Sterija Award and the Borislav Mihailović Mihiz Award for his plays. Grujić shared parts of his still unpublished novel with the audience, thanking Zaprokul for the opportunity for the prose of young writers to find its way to readers, and for its authors to be recognized by the cultural public.
